1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and digital products provided by Simon Eichinger (“Provider”), based in Austria. Services are offered internationally via online platforms.

By purchasing any service or digital product, the customer agrees to these Terms.

2. Services

The Provider offers:

Online guitar lessons (1:1 sessions)

Digital products (e.g. guitar tabs, courses, tutorials)

All services are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.

3. Booking Policy (Online Lessons)

Before purchasing an online lesson, customers are kindly required to contact the Provider in advance to confirm availability, time zone, and lesson goals.

Unconfirmed bookings may be declined and fully refunded.

Lessons are scheduled at a fixed agreed time. Customers are expected to attend punctually and prepared.

The Provider does not operate on an “on-demand calling” basis. Lessons are conducted only at pre-agreed times via a designated video platform (e.g. Zoom or Discord).

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible if requested with reasonable advance notice.

Last-minute changes cannot always be guaranteed due to limited availability.

If a lesson cannot take place due to scheduling issues, a new time will be arranged where possible.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If a lesson cannot be properly scheduled or confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

Once a lesson has been completed, no refunds are possible.

If a customer fails to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the session may be considered delivered.

6. Digital Products

All digital products (including tabs, courses, and downloadable materials) are delivered instantly after purchase.

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges immediate access to digital content.

Where applicable under consumer law, the customer may waive the right of withdrawal by agreeing to immediate delivery.

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

providing correct time zone information

ensuring availability at the agreed time

having a stable internet connection for online lessons

8. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for technical issues on the customer’s side, including internet connection failures or platform issues outside of reasonable control.

9. Final Provision

The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if communication or expectations are not aligned with the service structure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Yes. Please contact me before purchasing a lesson to confirm availability, time zone, and what you want to work on. This ensures the lesson is properly prepared and scheduled.

What platform do you use for lessons?

The preferred platform is Discord, as it provides stable audio quality and is easy to use.
If needed, other platforms like Zoom can also be used.

What do I need for the lesson?

You only need:

- a guitar

- a stable internet connection

- the platform (Discord or Zoom) installed

What time zone are lessons in?

Lessons are scheduled internationally, so time zones are always agreed individually after booking.

Can I reschedule a lesson?

Yes, rescheduling is possible with reasonable advance notice. Last-minute changes may not always be possible due to limited availability.

What happens if I miss the lesson?

If you do not attend the scheduled lesson without prior notice, it may be considered completed. Please always inform me in advance if something comes up.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available if a lesson cannot be properly scheduled or confirmed.
Completed lessons and digital products (e.g. tabs or courses) are non-refundable.

What do we work on in the lessons?

That depends entirely on your goals. We can focus on:

- technique

- improvisation

- songwriting

- specific songs

- theory

- general improvement

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. Lessons are adapted to your level, whether you are a complete beginner or more advanced.

How do I join the lesson?

After scheduling, you will receive an invitation to the session shortly before the lesson starts (via Discord or Zoom).
